Jeffrey Boehmer is a freelancing clarinetist living in Mercersburg, PA. After graduating from West Virginia University in 2003, he spent 10 years in the US Air Force Heritage of America Band. He was a member of the Concert Band and the Langley Winds woodwind quintet. During that time, he performed concerts and masterclasses throughout the United States and as far away as Siberia in Russia. Among his favorite performances in the Air Force Band were the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and both inaugural ceremonies for President Barrack Obama.

Jeffrey has performed with the Richmond Symphony and the West Virginia Symphony and he spent two summers as a Fellowship Member of the Imani Winds Chamber Music Festival at Juilliard. Jeffrey has studied with John Weigand, Mark Gallagher, Yehuda Gilad, and Steven Barta.
